All sales are final. Everything at Hackberry Creek Silver is handmade, and is made to last for you to be able to pass the jewelry down to whomever you please. However, the pieces I make are delicate and should be handled as so. With that said; I am not responsible for damages that happen after it leaves my care and is in your hands. If anything is damaged upon arrival, please email me so that we can discuss it, but you are not promised that the specific piece will be fixed.

Also please know that items are specifcally sized and it will state the sizes in the captions on the photos. Hackberry Creek Silver is not liable for any sizing errors on the customers end.
